The setting was beautiful, right next to the main square. It's great that they offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with bigger beds. I love the indoor garden and Mayan-style touch; it truly welcomes everyone here.

The rooms where air-conditioned and lovely romantic, had a shower, hairdryers, and bath robes in the bathroom. It was in a good and unbeatable location right next to Handicraft Market.
Facilities were overall nice, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Had super central location to the city centre in 3 minutes. Moreover, it's adjacent to the ADO bus station as well as town center.

gorgeous hotel with lovely décor, modern rooms. a huge variety of food available in the bar. exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini-bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control in the room. marvellous and beautiful location as only 5 minutes to cenote zaci. found in the lovely area just next door to the center and park.

Refined cuisine, the place is clean.
Air conditioned lovely romantic rooms, they are provided with private terrace, the indoor garden, for instance. There is a coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. The hotel's location is amazing and the staff are very very helpful and lovely friendly.

Beautiful and romantic with small pools and lovely terraces. Fabulous king room, super nice bed, spacious and clean. Welcoming drink, water, and biscuits. Friendly and superb staff including Gemma, Santos, and reception team.

The hotel offers great and brilliant location to the city centre in 3 minutes. Enjoyable and marvellous breakfast is served in the bar. The employees are VERY WELCOMING and exceptional. Would happily go back again, no complains at all, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
